If nothing else, the government "shutdown" shows the need for one thing above all else; term limits.
This leads me to where I think we are headed. I urge all of you to read the fantastic work of fiction by recently departed Vince Flynn entitled Term Limits.

The book takes place during the good ol' days when the national debt was $5 trillion. A group of former SEALs decide to take matters into their own hands and start killing government officials.
Just read it and tell me what you think. A page turning masterpiece in my opinion.
